Everything you want in a concert show!
The Neptune venue was very organized and attentive when we lined up. Very helpful staff. Easy access to balcony seating once inside. The theater is beautiful, about 75 to maybe 100 feet from the stage, and I could see very well. I was able to enjoy the show, seeing and hearing it very clearly. The sound for the balcony could be better engineered, sometimes it sounded a little out of phase. After the concert, I was able to purchase merchandise and leave the venue easily with the help of friendly staff. I really enjoyed the place and definitely want to go back to the Neptune for more concerts.
